One of the managerial training programs at Corvinus has made it to the world’s top list

Corvinus has been placed twelfth in a ranking of the world's best-known management education programs, which can be completed as a double degree program for students attending the university. The ranking evaluated 176 programs, placing the Hungarian university in the top 7 percent globally.

Corvinus University is ranked number twelve in the 2023 QS Masters in Management Rankings. The CEMS Master’s in International Management (MIM) is one of the world’s most prestigious management programs,

the exclusive Hungarian partner institution of which is Corvinus.

With this result, the university has improved its ranking from last year by three places. The CEMS MIM program is a double-degree program for Corvinus students in combination with several business degrees, and from 2022, students of the English-language Master of Management and Organisation will be automatically admitted to the program.

About the CEMS Master’s in International Management

The CEMS MIM degree is awarded to approximately fifty students every year at Corvinus. The program can be taken in conjunction with eight Hungarian-language and seven English-language Master’s programs in Economics. Successful candidates receive two diplomas without having to take on extra credits or extra semesters on top of the standard curriculum. Students complete one semester of the second year at a highly recognised CEMS university abroad.

Quacquarelli Symonds is one of the three most influential university rankings in the world, alongside the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and the Academic Ranking of World Universities. CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education) is an international collaboration of universities, business schools, companies and NGOs. One university is selected per country, with Corvinus representing Hungary since 1996.

This year, CEMS was ranked in the top 8 percent of the world, and in the top 8.4 percent in terms of value for money in the employability sub-category of the ranking. It also performed well above the global average in the criteria of opinion leadership, alumni outcomes and diversity.
